Feeding the Birds in Winter

This isn't exactly what I had in mind...














Check out the Carolina wren on top of the pole in the photo below.     Looks like he's saying "What the ---??!"

    love them love them love them!!!!
    we get them around here too, but i've only seen them one at a time. never a flock.

    I was actually awakened by the sound of turkeys the other day -- about 14 of them chirping around the empty feeder, telling me to get up and tend to business.
