"Toy Story" Part II

And the end result of all this "Christmas in March" playtime? Purple Creature was stolen and retrieved, but remained intact. Cute Caterpillar was not quite so fortunate. His antenna were taken off so cleanly, it looked like they'd been surgically removed. Neither dog confessed.

  1. LOL Wonderful! Dog people know that there is a real reason behind the phrase "being a dog in the manger"... ;-)

  2. Towards the bottom as I was scrolling down, it looked like the pooches were actually moving. I think the red, white and green might be a keeper.

  3. Hehehe....poor antennae :(
Thanks for visiting my blog! I was just reading your response to my "Energy" post about calm, assertive energy and I work on the no reaction, too. I've found though, that Nyxie especially will get into such a frenzy if not stopped immediately that I think she seriously takes leave of her senses. With that said, we do a combo of things. First, the lie down, then the focis on us, then the walk away when calm. The key is the calm, assertive approach, though. Keep at it on your end and I'll work on mine (another good walk today!!) - maybe we can come up with ideas together to outmaneuver these pups ;)

  4. So cute! Lucky is like my old dog Bandit, he loved to rip open the paper on Christmas presents! Haven't had a dog since do that. You're right, you can almost read their minds!

  5. Too funny! Our dogs are pretty much uninterested in toys but I keep a few around for my son's dog who visits often.
